Tanner joined the family business in 2001 after already having eight years in the construction industry.  He "saw an opportunity for career growth without sacrificing the flexibility to raise a family and be present for his daughters."
He has a profound lesson to share from early in his career: "Bad news doesn't get better with time. It's always best to be open and honest, admit when you make a mistake, and deal with the reality of the situation."
Griesenbeck has been a part of the Greater Houston construction industry for six decades. When asked about his favorite project, Tanner responded, "POST HTX. It's such a unique building for Houston, and the variety of scopes really highlighted the breadth of our company's capabilities."
