Our Team
SHEILA JACKSON
Bob Griesenbeck, the second generation of company ownership, asked Sheila to join the team in 2003. It was a no-brainer. "I loved joining the team. It was very challenging here from the go, way different than what I was working before where every day was the same. Between that and the family environment, I quickly found my work home."
In the more than two decades since starting at Griesenbeck, she has both witnessed and been an integral part of significant change.
So what upgrade makes her the most proud? "Setting us up internally for the move to in-house installation instead of subcontract labor."
One lesson Sheila learned early on in her career that still guides her to this day is the need for thoughtful structure. "Internal protocols are vital to our company's success. While we trust our team, these protocols safeguard all of our futures here at Griesenbeck."
