HOUSTON, TEXAS — January 5, 2026 — Griesenbeck Architectural Products, Inc. (GAP) is pleased to announce that Brian Groff and Sheila Jackson have become equity partners in the company, effective January 1, 2026.
Groff will continue in his role as Vice President + Partner, Sales & Estimating, and Jackson will continue as Vice President + Partner, Finance & Administration.

The announcement comes as Griesenbeck Architectural Products celebrates 60 years in business, marking a significant milestone in the company’s history. The addition of Groff and Jackson as equity partners reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to investing in its people and ensuring continuity for the future.
Brian Groff
Brian Groff oversees preconstruction, estimating, architectural promotion, service sales, marketing, and the company’s manufacturer representative agency, Griesenbeck Sales Group. With more than 25 years in the Houston construction market, Groff has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence and guiding complex projects from concept through completion. Groff holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He is actively involved in industry organizations, including Associated General Contractors (AGC) and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and serves on the board of the American Subcontractors Association – Houston Chapter.
Sheila Jackson
Sheila Jackson joined the company during a critical period of transition and has remained instrumental in strengthening internal controls, financial reporting, and Griesenbeck’s administrative infrastructure. As Vice President of Finance & Administration, she oversees finance, accounting, payroll, employee benefits, insurance, and corporate administration. Her leadership has helped drive major operational initiatives and is widely respected for its focus on stewardship, accountability, and Griesenbeck’s people-first culture. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
