This recognition underscores our strong commitment to the highest standards of safety in the workplace.
The ABC STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) award program is the recognition arm of an industry-leading safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance among participants. Achieving the Diamond level STEP Award—the highest level attainable—is a testament to Griesenbeck’s dedication to continuous safety improvements year-over-year and its proactive safety culture.
